Dear guests, the sanatorium "Obukhovsky" is changing and improving for the better every year. We have developed a loyalty program for your comfortable stay.

TERMS OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM:

• Accumulation and write-off of Bonus points is possible in any sanatorium of the Ural Resorts Network - Obukhovsky Sanatorium, Samotsvet sanatorium, Nizhni Sergi sanatorium.
• Registration in the Loyalty Program is carried out automatically at the time of booking or purchase of a ticket to any sanatorium.
• Participation in the Loyalty Program is free of charge.

THE ORDER OF ACCRUAL AND DEDUCTION OF BONUS POINTS

• Bonus points are awarded on the last day of the Program Participant's stay in the sanatorium.
• Payment bonus points are activated within a day after departure.
• Points can be deducted by direct booking by phone at the call center or directly at the Resorts of the Urals sanatoriums without the participation of intermediaries (travel agencies, other Internet portals, ONLINE booking systems, etc.). Points are not deducted by booking on the official website of the Institution.
• 1 bonus point is equal to (corresponds to) 1 ruble.

BONUS SYSTEM LEVELS

• Bonus points can be used to pay no more than 20% of the cost of purchased spa services (vouchers).
• Bonus Points are credited and debited to the Customer's account upon booking. The Customer has the right to spend Bonus Points to pay for his own booking or to pay for the booking of any other person, regardless of whose booking these Bonus Points were awarded.
• Bonus points debited to pay for a reservation that was subsequently cancelled will not be refunded to the Bonus Account.
• Unused Bonus Points are cancelled if they have not been used within 2 calendar years from the date of their accrual.

The program participant can register in the Bonus Program independently and monitor the accrual of Bonus points and account balance.
